Data tracking · Looker Studio dashboards

One page you will actually open.

GA4 is built for analysts. You are running a business. So we put the handful of numbers that matter on a single Looker Studio page, in your language, refreshed automatically and compared to last month and last year.

5 to 8 Numbers on the page, never forty

What we do

Four things, in this order.

01 Start from the questions. The dashboard begins with what you asked in the measurement plan. How many leads, from where, at what cost, and which pages are working. Charts exist to answer those, not to fill space.
02 Blend the sources. GA4 for behaviour, Search Console for queries, Ads for spend, WooCommerce or the CRM for revenue. Joined so the totals finally agree with each other.
03 Compare, do not just count. Every figure sits beside the previous period and the same period last year. A number on its own is not information; a change is.
04 Keep it honest. Bots excluded, consent gaps noted, filters checked in the monthly review. Site changes annotated on the timeline so a jump has an explanation.

The audit

What we usually find in the first hour.

Most dashboards are a GA4 report with a logo on it. These are the usual symptoms.

Template dashboards

  • Forty charts, no question answered
  • Metrics nobody asked for
  • The default GA4 report, re-skinned

Wrong numbers

  • Bots and internal traffic included
  • Sessions where leads should be
  • Totals that disagree with Ads

Never opened

  • A login nobody remembers
  • No comparison, so nothing stands out
  • Nobody knows what changed or when
How it works

Three weeks, then a routine.

Week one Agree the five to eight numbers and who reads them. Sketch the page on paper first.
Week two Sources connected and blended, filters applied, comparisons built. Reviewed with you on a call.
Week three Scheduled delivery set up, link shared, one recorded walkthrough.
Every month Page checked, annotations added, one observation with a reason in the note.

Part of data tracking, which is inside every maintenance retainer. As standalone work it is quoted after the audit.

Common questions

Can you connect our CRM or WooCommerce revenue?+

Yes. HubSpot, Pipedrive, WooCommerce, Stripe and Google Sheets connect directly; most others through a scheduled export.

Who owns the dashboard?+

You do. It lives on your Google account with your data sources. We are editors and can be removed at any time.

Can we edit it ourselves?+

Yes, and we show you how. Most partners never need to, but nothing is locked.

How often does it update?+

GA4 and Search Console data refreshes daily; Ads within hours. The PDF arrives on the first working day of the month.
