Nothing goes live untested.

A store is the one site where a mistake has a price attached. Everything is built on a staging copy and tested through a real purchase — payment gateway, emails and stock update included — before it is released.

We also prefer to write less code, not more. Every custom function is something to maintain forever, so if a well-kept plugin does the job properly we will say so.

A fixed price for a defined jobScoped before we start, so the invoice holds no surprises.
02
Staging, then a real test purchaseReleased when it is quiet, never on a Friday afternoon.

28 days of cover after launchIf something we built misbehaves, fixing it is not a new invoice.

Common questions

Will you take a small job?+

Yes. A two-hour checkout fix is a perfectly good way to start, and several long relationships began exactly that way. There is no minimum project size.

Do you work on stores you did not build?+

Almost always. We audit what is there first, say what is worth keeping, and are honest when a plugin stack has been assembled past the point of repair.

How much does it cost?+

Defined jobs are quoted at a fixed price after a short look at the store. Small fixes run in the hundreds; a B2B platform with role hierarchies and ERP sync is a project, and we will say so before you commit.

Can you connect our ERP or accounting system?+

We have integrated Square, QuickBooks and Fishbowl among others. If it has an API it is usually possible — the honest question is whether it is worth the ongoing maintenance, and we will tell you.

What happens after launch?+

28 days of cover on anything we built. After that most owners move onto monthly care, because a store nobody watches quietly stops taking orders.
