WooCommerce maintenance · from $1,500 a month

Your checkout, checked by a person, every day.

Uptime monitors say the store is up. They do not know the card gateway started declining on Safari, that shipping rates vanished for one region, or that a bot has been creating fake accounts all night. We place a real order every day and read what the logs say.

0 Maintained stores hacked since 2021
Daily A real test order, start to finish
Daily Bot, fraud and gateway log review
Peak freeze No updates in the weeks you tell us matter
How we work

Six habits. Built for stores, not brochures.

01 It starts with a checklist, not a login. Before we touch anything we run a review built for stores: WooCommerce, gateway, shipping and tax plugins, product data, order tables, customer accounts, email flows, hosting, backups, tracking. You get it as a document. The first month is working through it.
02 A real order, every day. Someone adds a product, goes through checkout and pays with a test card, on a schedule. Then we check the order arrived, the stock moved, the emails sent and the payment settled. Nothing automated does that for you.
03 Checked by hand, helped by AI. AI assistants read the server and gateway logs, diff plugin changelogs and flag anomalies: a spike in failed payments, a new country in the order list, a scheduled action that stopped. Our time goes on judgement, not scrolling.
04 Hosting chosen for stores. No store we maintain has been hacked. Shops go on hosts with server-level firewalls, isolated accounts, PCI-aware configuration and the database headroom orders need — and we move you if yours cannot do that.
05 Bots, fraud and fake accounts, watched daily. Card-testing bots, fake registrations, coupon abuse and scrapers show up in the logs before they show up in your accounts. We review who is hitting the store, block what should not be there and keep your analytics honest.
06 Updates on staging, never in season. WooCommerce, gateway and shipping updates run on a copy first, with a test order after. You tell us the weeks that matter; nothing changes during them.

The day-one checklist

Everything between the product page and the bank.

Stores fail in more places than brochure sites, and usually in the places nobody looks at until an order goes wrong. The review comes back as a written document, whether or not you continue with us.

The routine

What a month looks like.

Daily A real test order through the live checkout. Uptime, bot and fraud review, gateway log. Anything unusual gets looked at the same day.
Weekly WooCommerce, gateway and shipping updates on staging, a test order, then live. Backups verified. Failed payments and abandoned carts reviewed for patterns.
Monthly Speed review on product and checkout pages, a short written note on what changed and what we blocked, and one suggested improvement with a reason.
Quarterly Full restore test from backup, and the day-one checklist run again from the top.
Before peak Freeze dates agreed, capacity checked, and a person on standby for the days that carry the year.

Stores need more attention than brochure sites, so they start higher within the same range: from $1,500 a month, set by the day-one review. See maintenance pricing.

Common questions

Do you really place an order every day?+

Yes, with a test card, through the live checkout, on a schedule. It is the only way to know the store works the way a customer experiences it.

Can you keep the store stable during a sale?+

That is what the peak freeze is for. We agree the dates, stop all updates, check capacity beforehand and keep someone on standby.

Which payment gateways do you support?+

Stripe, PayPal, Square, Klarna and most regional gateways. Gateway plugin updates are the riskiest change on a store; they get staging and a test order like everything else.

Has a store you maintain ever been hacked?+

No. Since 2021, none.

Is this priced the same as a brochure site?+

Stores start higher within the same range because there is more to check. The day-one review sets the exact figure before you commit to anything.
