WooCommerce consultant

A WooCommerce consultant for stores that outgrew the defaults.

WooCommerce works out of the box for a simple store. It gets harder with wholesale prices, thousands of variations, stock in several warehouses, or a checkout that loses people at the last step.

We help you decide what to build, what to buy and what to leave alone. WooCommerce is most of our work, so the advice comes from stores we look after every week.

What you can ask us

Why are people leaving at checkout?

We walk the checkout on every device, check payment errors and read the funnel.

Can WooCommerce handle B2B?

Role-based prices, reps ordering for dealers, quotes, minimum orders. Yes, with some custom code.

How do we keep stock right across warehouses?

Inventory and ERP sync, including on-premise systems like Fishbowl.

Why is the store slow?

Product queries, variation tables, cart fragments, hosting. Measured, then ranked.

Which plugins should we keep?

Every paid extension listed with what it does and what it costs each year.

Should we move from Shopify, or stay?

An honest comparison for your catalog. See Shopify to WooCommerce.

How a consultation works

  1. 01

    Send your store URL

    and what is not working.

  2. 02

    A call with Ali.

30 minutes on your products, customers, order volume and connected systems.

  3. 03

    We audit the store.

Read-only access to WooCommerce, Search Console and analytics, plus test orders.

  4. 04

    You get a written plan.

Each finding ranked by revenue impact and effort, with who should do it.

  5. 05

    You choose what happens next.

Your team builds it, we build it, or we look after the store on a WooCommerce maintenance retainer.

From our logs

Log · Tile manufacturer, four US warehouses.

The standard Fishbowl plugin pushed one total per product. We built a sync that shows stock per warehouse, then switched it from On Hand to Available stock so the store stopped selling what was already promised. We check it every Monday.

Log · B2B shop with a sales team.

Sales reps, dealers and sub-dealers each needed their own prices and dashboards, and reps needed to order for their dealers. We built it on WooCommerce roles, without a separate B2B platform.

Log · Variation table with tier pricing.

A catalog with many variations per product needed one table with quantity prices and stock alerts, instead of a dropdown per option.

Client names are left out. More examples are on our WooCommerce development page.

What we won't promise

A conversion rate. Anyone who promises a number before seeing your data is guessing. We promise a ranked list of what is costing you orders, with the evidence behind each item.

Frequently asked questions

Are you WooCommerce developers or consultants?+

Both. Advice is better when it comes from people who build and maintain stores. Some clients take our plan to their own developer.

Do you work with stores of any size?+

Mostly with growing stores and B2B catalogs, from a few hundred to tens of thousands of products.

Can you work with our ERP or inventory system?+

Usually yes. We have connected WooCommerce to on-premise and cloud systems. Send us what you use.

Do you need admin access?+

A shop manager or read-only account is enough for the audit, plus analytics and Search Console.

Can you review a quote we received from another agency?+

Yes. We will tell you what is fair, what is missing, and what you might not need.

Do you work with US stores?+

Yes, most of our clients are in the US.

Is your store doing more work than it should?

Send your store URL and the one thing you would fix first. We will tell you what we would do, and what it involves.
